Album Title: The last 4 words of the last quote on This Quotations Page.
Cover Art: The third result in Flickr's 'Last 7 Days' page.
Then, a bit of copying, pasting and editing in some expensive piece of artistic software like... MS Paint and you're done. Get to it and *puts hopelessly-optimistic hat on* show me what you get in the comments section!
